Saturday review
Augsburg scored first for a nice early Bundesliga DRT -they were the 1.58 favourites. They won 2-1

The Bayern Munich match was excellent. I advised live chatters to keep the faith and they were rewarded with a 92nd minute Bayern Munich winner, and an excellent low risk, high reward lay of the draw.

My angle for the Hannover v Freiburg match was simply on both teams to score, which they did.
"Bring forth the goals" I said in the Dortmund research, and the goals soon came. 0-4 to Dortmund.I mentioned the possibility of a goodbye hatrick from Lewandowski in my live chat, and alas he scored only 2

And so to the Hoff! Goal before halftime ? Ok. Over 2.5 goals. OK. Both teams scoring OK. Goodbye Hoff, DRT'ers team of the year.

It was a must win for Leverkusen so when Werder took the lead, I advised live chatters to lay Werder in the halftime betting market in order to extract some value ( remember we want to lay at lowest odds possible)
Leverkusen scored before halftime and won 2-1
Hamburg continued to score and concede , even on their last match of the season. 3-2 Mainz
Schalke were utterly dominant statistically in-play and that showed in the final score, 4-1
Wolfsburg dominated Mgladbach and won easily.
Lech Poznan won 2-1 as per their 1.44 quote
Lazio scored an early goal away at Inter and that was a good way to back Inter at better odds. Inter won 4-1
I didn't have much interest in France as it was dead rubber city!!
Sunday Review
Celtic won their last home match of the season and they were available at bigger odds in the 2nd half after 0-0 halftime. Similarly 1.26 shots CSKA didn't take until the hour mark to score.
AIK were 1.4 at home and conceded first v Mjallby. A typical DRT saw AIK equalise and go on to score.
Bologna v Catania. We were waiting for a Bologna equaliser after Catania scored first, and then got a man sent off. The equaliser came for a welcome trade. Then Bologna blew the match losing 1-2

Not much interest in Seria A.
On to the Premiership and a nice DRT in the Cardiff match, saw Cardiff take the lead. It took Chelsea until the 70th+ minute to assert and go on to win.

Liverpool's match was another typical DRT. They conceded first and got the breakthrough 2nd half to go on and win.
Man City - there was a chance for a 0-0 halftime score lay I suppose although I didn't do it. City scored in the 39th minute.

I layed Swansea 0-2 up. Luckily Sunderland scored next for a nice quick trade.

I was gutted to have missed out on a 94th minute winner in the Roma v Juventus match. I did watch the match but didn't take action despite the goal mouth action. D'oh!!

And so to La Liga where the top 3 simply don't want to win the league. Atl Madrid came back from 0-1 down to draw 1-1, Barcelona had a toughie against an Elche team who stayed up with a draw. Real Madrid made wholesale changes , taking the view that their title bid was over and focussing more on the Champions League. That seems to have been a mistake as a win today would have left them back in the hunt.  A real blunder from Ancelloti. Real could have been 2nd today with a win. And in for the title with atl playing Barca next.

It was a good weekend on the live chat where I focussed on the inplay stats, such as shots on/off target, corner and Possession stats. There were loads of good predictions.

6pm - Malmo FF v Halmstads - 1.3 home
Standout stats

Profitable in-play opportunities

6pm - Osters v Syrianska FC - 1.65 home

7pm - Steaua Bucharest v Pandurii - 1.58 away
Standout stats

Profitable in-play opportunities

745pm - QPR v Wigan - 2.32 home
Standout stats
  • it's 0-0 from the first leg of this play-off and it must be advantage Wigan? If they score first, QPR will have to win. Any score draw suits Wigan.
  • QPR must focus on retaining a clean sheet today. That is their goal aswell as a goal for themselves.

815pm - Stjarnan v Vikingur Reykjavik - 1.5 home
