SATURDAY 3rd MAY

I pretty much ignored the Championship and Dutch Eredivisie yesterday but still there were plenty of solid DRT's on the live chat. One live chatter commented " Clive, you are on fire". No not another spicy thai dish, just a nice run of really short priced winning lays early on in the live chat.
If you haven't come along to any live chats yet, please try , as we are nailing quite a lot of successful low risk and high reward trades, and I have also begun to integrate live inplay stats such as shots on target, shots off target and possession and corner stats.
One example of how just corner stats can give you an angle in came in the match between AAB and Esbjerg. The away side had something like 9 corners to 1 in their favour while 0-0. Who do you think has the attacking profile here? Indeed Esbjerg went on to win 0-2. This is not something we could have readily predicted without that corner stat.

1230pm saw my first match of interest yesterday with Leipzig 1.28 at home.Alas there were no DRTs as they won 5-1.
West Ham followed and it was a match where the red card ended my interest as the stats were thrown out of the window . West Ham went on to win 2-0 with goals after the Spurs red card.

One of the nice trades for DRT live chatters yesterday came in the match between Dinamo Zagreb and Slaven Belupo. Quite simply Dinamo Zagreb have sumptuous home stats against fellow Croat opponents. I did advocate a look at the halftime market while still 0-0 and Zagreb scored a 39th minute goal for a nice halftime 0-0 score lay.
After the Hoff's surprise 0-0 last weekend, it was business as usual yesterday with over 2.5 goals coming in in the first half, a goal or 3 before halftime, both teams scoring and the rest. A typical Hoff effort which exemplified  an outstanding DRT season.

Barcelona cocked up against Getafe in a match which did not really offer any DRT's as Barca scored first and led 2-1 as well. Their manager is the Spanish David Moyes. My Gran could manage Barcelona with the talent on the pitch.
Brentford were 1.46 shots at home yesterday. So what do you do when it's 0-0 in the 70th minute? Consider a 0-0 lay! Brentford scored 2 goals in the 77th+ minutes of the match. Watch out for sub 1.5 shots whose matches are 0-0 late on, particularly when they are at home

On the subject of 0-0, I mentioned this match in the 81st minute as being a 0-0 and the stats not necessarily siding with the match finishing 0-0.
 Erciyesspor 1 : 0 Gaziantepspor
And so the goal came in the 86th minute for a cracking short priced lay of 0-0. I know some live chatters got on that.
The next successsful trade was a lay of Aston Villa 1-0 up at ridiculously short odds of 1.58. Luckily Hull scored next for a great swift trade, before Villa went on to dominate.
It was all looking like my predicted 0-0 back to lay trade in the Stoke v Fulham match would be good to lay off at halftime. BUT Stoke got a 39th minute goal and left Fulham relegated.
Swansea v Southampton was a dead rubber, but for any late 0-0 layers, you'd have been rewarded with a 90th minute Rickie Lambert winner.

I was delighted with swimming against the tide in the Man Utd V Sunderland match. In my research I used 2 words to describe this match " FALSE DAWN". Every bookie had chalked United up shorter than they were against Norwich, against a Sunderland team with a win and draw against Chelsea and Manchester City.
Cue the false dawn, as United fell to a 0-1 loss. Sometimes you just have to go with your convictions. Some live chatters followed my research and layed United pre-match.

The last match on the live chat was the best match as Galatasaray   v   Genclerbirligi  saw the home team at 1.38 pre match. But Genclerbirligi too a 0-2 lead. I advocated laying them at 1.41 as at that time there were some 25 minutes remaining.
I left the live chat at 2-2 with a profit secured and should have stayed on, as Galatasary won in the 90th minute. Faith in the odds! Backers of Galatasary using my strategy of backing a favourite home team when they are 0-2 down before halftime, would have been delighted.

There was a lay of Everton available as they took the lead at home to Manchester City but I did not play. I have not mentioned the many many successful trades using the inplay shots/corners/possession stats.

Please try and come along to live chats. I put a hell of a lot of work into it and attendees are profiting.
There is no live chat today or next Sunday. I will try and fit in a live chat mid week based solely on the inplay stats .
